Why doesn’t windows blinds work with my computer?

I have windows XP and every time i try to change my task bar and icons and stuff like that it freezes and won’t change why is that??

Windows Blind isn’t really that good if you don’t buy the registration things. It didn’t work on mine either. it even freezes my computer when I start it. I uninstalled it :-) trust me. your computer gets laggy when you change ;].
