I see stuff like that to.They know you fear them.Or it may be a spirt from your family trying to see you.

Have you tried glasses or contact lenses. They will keep the shadows from looking like things they are not.

I have to wonder why someone seeing peeping Toms or trespassers doesn’t call the police. Why assume they’re paranormal. Little things like that cast doubt on your tale of terror.

The possibility of whatever you are experiencing is paranormal is virtually nil. You either have something psychological going on, or you are misinterpreting a natural occurrence. My first step would be to go outside and investigate.
