Where do I go for the best deals on good window blinds?

walmart, they have the best deals if you have that many windows?
Hi, I’d check out some of the online companies as they can offer a lower price due to lower overhead if you don’t mind installing them yourself.Many offer free shipping. Just stick to a well known window covering brand like hunter douglas, bali, grandwood,levolor. Hope this helps.
While you some people may consider price the definition of good, you mention that you are looking for good to exceptional quality. You mention that you want either cellular or PVC wood. I can tell you that some places can offer real wood for the prices of the artificial. This brings the benefits of longer lasting and nicer appearance. Check out this site, below. I am biased, but with 28 blinds, you want to consider several online sources.
