Where do companies get fabric?

All over the world, and as cheaply as they can. They buy in huge BULK quantities too (thousands of yards at a time), or they have it made through contractors - in big cities such as San Francisco, Chicago or New York.

YOU HAVE to have a resellers or whole-sellers license in order to even step foot in anyplace that sells fabric THAT cheap.
