What is windows blinds? Does it slow my computer? Is it worth it?

its this program that is free but not worth it because ive tried it and i tried to download the red yellow green buttons from it and it wont work so i suggest you not downloading it.

It is an Eye-Candy program to change the Theme Desktop by selecting different environments. The famous Windows Vienna was just an application made with Windows Blinds. I’ve got it in my computer and I have no problems so far. It depends on your laptop or pc RAM size and hard drive. if you need help let me know about it.

blinds shouldn’t slow down your computer at all.
