What are those things you find in the Rear Windshield on a car?

It’s a body kit you add in the rear windshield outside. it looks like a window blind they look cool and are very popular especially in sedans looking cars if you guys know what im talking about i just need the name of it cause i want to order the part for my car. Thanx
