My cousin caught a person looking through my window. What do I do?

So today around 9 P.M. my cousin went to take the trash out and he saw someone looking through my windows. The blinds were closed so he couldn’t see me but there was a tiny ***** where you can see though into my room. I’m totally freaked out and currently sleeping in my parents room. What do I do? What if he comes back? Are there any legal actions I can take. We are setting up motion detector lights tomorrow but will that be enough to scare him off? We have looked at the *** offender lists in our area and several match the vague descriptions from my cousin. Since I’m only 13 I feel completely vulnerable especially since its not the first time. Our RV is parked beside my window which is across from the alley and we suspect some hobos are living in there. Is there a safe way to confront them? We’ve seen people leave the RV before and the neighbor scared them off.

File a police report it could be another Ramirez or a Dhalmer.

The best thing is to report it to your local police, they will note it down and if you call for any trouble at all that will be the first thing they have on their computer. Do not do nothing. Creeps like the person looking in your window keep doing it until they get caught. Maybe your local squad car can come pay a visit and if it is locals, they will see the squad car and get nervous and stop. If he was looking in your window I bet you a thousand bucks he’s looking in others as well.

Well, you could always call the police and complain of people trespassing on your family’s property. If he ever attempts to come inside of your house, you really need to call the cops. You never should take any chances like that.

well… for safety, u should let your neighbors know about this. They will help you! Depends on what he was doing, but warn your neighbors about this immediatly because you can never be too careful!!!!!!!! dont be afraid to contact them

best way is to take extra pre-cautions…it’s good that you are sleeping in your parent’s room now but of course that would not be forever…best way really it to have that ***** fix and and of course the security system would shoo him away…but just the same taking some personal measures is also important..if you are back sleeping in your room again…make sure that you have something to protect you…beside your bed…like a baseball bat or pepper spray and it should be within your reach…and of course before going to sleep be sure to secure the latches of your windows so as to prevent him from breaking in…i suggest too that do not lock your door so that your parents could easily get in if some commotion would take place in your room..take care…

The world isn’t a crazy place to live, its just your neigboorhood. If there were any hobo’s in our nieghboorhood, we’d just call security and kick them out.
