You need a stepladder..remove the fasteners at the top..some slide into a bracket..others are just fastened with screws. Carefully measure the width..you will need it for replacements..Height isn’t all that important..blinds are easily shortened, follow the instructions that are included.

They should only be held on by brackets on the ends , open them up with a ***** driver , the fronts should swing out , then slide the mini blind out, if they are wide they may have a center bracket , witch the blind snaps into gd luck

theres a littlke flat piece on each end that slides out push toward center of blind its on a little track locks in there once its remove blind will fall out
