i use orange blast which i buy from Lowe’s.it is in a spray bottle and smells great and will clean just about anything.i close the blinds and spray and then dry with paper towels.i then turn around the blinds and do the other side.(i open the bracket, remove the blind, turn around and when finished,i reinstall in correct position)
I have never seen a blind that could not be removed.
My wife and I woned a drapery - blind business..
on the end cap, rais it up and lift the blind out.
toss it in the bath tub and give it a good bath.
hang up up to dry, on, use the revirce blower on a vacume sweeper and blow it dry.
i was going to suggest taking them down and take them to a car wash, that works good for us, we bought a power washer last summer now do it at home. Since you can not take them down, lay a plastic cover at the bottom of blinds with towel on top to catch drips. get you a bucket of as hot as you can stand water, spray a diluted solution of Joy dish soap/Dawn either one, spray the blinds down real good, let the dirt start to drip and saturate good, then get a soft cloth, or a MAGIC B:OCK, from Mr. clean products and those babies will come cleaner than new. When you do blinds, there is not an Easy way ever.

My mother always takes them down and puts them in the bathtub with a little bleach in the water. Works for me!

Do not get the mechanism wet. Mine haven’t work since I’ve washed them with water.

I think there is a special cleaning tool you can buy to wash them without taking them down. If not, hot soapy water and a good sponge.

a damp cloth, and then use a fabric sofner sheet. IF you can not take them down, you have to wash them one at a time.

fabric sheets gets the dust off really easy when you can not take them down to clean.
