How can I tell if I’m running Window Blinds 5 in the background of my PC?

Justin P asked:

I have installed Window Blinds 5 on my PC and after trying to uninstall the program it creates problems with Windows. So I have to leave the program installed on my PC.

However…I just told Window Blinds to use the default Windows XP settings skin. The little reminder that was popping up on the start-up screen telling me to buy the product after my 60 day trial period is no longer appearing. And I don’t see the Window Blinds Icon in the taskbar by the clock.

Does this mean that the software is not running on Start Up anymore? How can I tell if the program would still be running in the background?

Thanks…

Cristobal

Autoruns is free software provided by Microsoft/Sysinternals.

you can use it to examine which programs are set to run at startup for your user profile and the whole machines, which services run, and more. Use with caution, and read the web page before you do anything.
