hi, i need your help how to find home decoratore or designer?

furniture. no wall paint or window treatment but blinds and i do not like the way our house lookes.i know i need profssional help but i heard that the designers or home decoratores charge per hour and it is expensive. my question to you is where i should go to get home decoratore with limited budget please help?
