how to get windows xp themes without using windows blinds?

i have a windows xp. i want to get a theme for my computer because im tired of the regular one. but i dont want to get windows blinds so i need a theme that doesnt use or doesnt need windows blind to work and if u could also explain how to install and how to like make it work like how use it because im not very good with computers

the uxtheme.dll file need to be patched in order to use different theme
then get new themes at
I think most theme include the install notice
